The user is both the sponsor, who uses the page to distribute information, and the
students, who use the page to obtain information. Your point about anyone has
access is correct. I suggest focusing on the needs of the professor and the
Southern Polytechnic students.

Thanks for your question. A user analysis might include all four of the
activities you list, or just a sub-set of them. The requirement of the
assignement is for you to assess which of the activities require priority
(it might be all 4) and emphasize those.

In your project report, you might say (if appropriate): "We started working
with Java, because of XYZ. Upon our initial experience, we discovered PQR. In
response, we tried to implement the feature using HTML 3, and achieved success
